Cooking up a storm here at the Mullumbimby Agricultural Show.
Starting with some Damper and Syrup for a warm up.
But the main event is on and cooking now! Im calling it the "Chincogan Damper" . After the volcanic remnants of the same name overlooking Mullumbimby.
With a Volcano in mind, it's colour is of molten lava with light smokey flavour and a sweet crunch.

Im off to the Mullumbimby Agricultural Show.
Its known as the biggest little show in Australia. It's a great day out and im looking forward to cooking up some dampers.
